EdWonder is looking for a digital performance marketing and analytics candidate. This role reports directly to the brand director and is responsible for, but not limited to, evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations. Job Description:

Reporting to the brand director, the candidate is responsible for supporting and improving upon the paid social, video and display campaigns at EdWonder. They will be strategically and operationally responsible for their own set of countries. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses strong project management and networking skills, is comfortable with online marketing measurement practices and creative problem solving in an advanced PPC landscape. The ideal candidate will be customer driven, detail oriented and comfortable moving in and taking ownership of work in an agile, fast moving working environment.

The Digital Performance Marketing person will be responsible for planning, executing and managing performance marketing programs and budgets on Facebook/Instagram - Google Adwords - platforms & more paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive qualified traffic to our websites globally, where our brand is present, with focus on certain countries and markets

-The day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns and paid social campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists, ads copywriting, display ads, bidding strategy and optimization

-Overseeing retargeting campaigns, utilizing real-time bidding tools to optimize towards ROI goal, implementing A/B tests, and coordinating creativity Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate account spend, and monitor/improve campaign performance

-Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions

-Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques, and identifying new opportunities

-The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and relevant budget with an emphasis on email marketing or website management

-Experience with management platforms (including Google Adwords, Facebook, etc) and bid management tools.

-Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics platform, Google Data Studio.

Qualifications:

-Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel

-Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

-A passion for sport/outdoor activities and e-commerce

-Good knowledge of English (Other languages are a plus)

-Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time

-Knowledge of other Analytics platform for quickly data analyzing and managing massive contents

-Good command of typical online marketing tools: paid marketing, social ADV, retargeting, remarketing, affiliation, email marketing

-Excellent command in results analysis and evaluation

-Aesthetic sensibility

-Good confidence with content management systems

You are/have:

-Experience in Athleisure field, cycling apparel and outdoor goods

-Fluent in English - other languages are a plus

-Flexible and expected to work over weekends

-Leadership experience and the proven ability to motivate and drive a team

Job Description:

Reporting to the brand director, the candidate is responsible for developing customer relationships for long term business growth and knows how to drive sales in existing and new markets. The ideal candidate need to be agile and accountable within the role. You’ll possess an intimate understanding of account management, sales data reporting and analysis, target tracking, and brand distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work strategically alongside company directors to achieve annual and monthly sales targets

-Create sales plan and goals for individual accounts and detailed strategy to get to goals

-Identify and communicate with brand directors of key accounts and prospects to expand the current business and optimize sales, presentation and collaboration;

-Develop strategies to maintain and increase business

-Manage, develop and maintain strong relationship with buyers

-Manage: weekly selling reports, sales projection reports, end of season recaps

-Help manage inventory projections to hit sales goals

-Liaise with design team on monthly basis to communicate sales needs and provide merchandising feedback

-Provide communication from retail partners regarding product needs and feedback

-Create detailed market prep to highlight top account needs, plans, and budgets

Qualifications:

-The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in wholesale sales in apparel industry in the contemporary marketplace

-Manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with buyers

Strong leadership skills and team management experience

-Ability to solve problems as well as recognize issues and help bring them to the table to be solved together if assistance is needed

-Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong negotiation and presentation skills

-Demonstrates a strong work ethic, motivated to learn, highly organized

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-Excellent command in results analysis and evaluation
